1. Data We Collect
AI Avatar does not collect or store any personal data. All your data is stored on your device. Specifically, the app may temporarily process face data (images) solely for the purpose of generating AI avatars. Face data is not stored or retained after the image generation process is complete. The prompts you enter and upload images are deleted from our server as soon as the image generation is completed. If you do not download the avatar, the image will be lost when you exit the app.
2. Face Data Collection
We do not retain any face data. The images uploaded by users are temporarily processed to generate avatars and are deleted immediately after processing. The data is not stored, retained, or shared with any third-party for marketing or any other purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party image processing services (such as Replicate, FAL.AI) to generate avatars. These services may temporarily process the images you upload for the purpose of generating avatars. These services do not retain or store face data beyond the necessary time required for processing.
4. Data Security
We do not store or retain any personal data, including face data, on our servers. All personal data remains secure on your device. If you choose not to download the generated avatar, the data will be deleted when you close the app.
5. No Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share, sell, or disclose any face data or personal information to third parties for marketing or any other purposes. Any data processed through third-party APIs is done solely for the purpose of generating avatars and is deleted once the process is completed.

1. Subscription Plans
The app offers two premium options:
Weekly Subscription: A weekly subscription for $4.99. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple account at the confirmation of purchase.
Lifetime Access: A one-time payment of $79.00 for lifetime access, which does not auto-renew and is billed once.
2. Managing Subscriptions
Users can manage and cancel their subscriptions in their Apple account settings. The app will not refund unused portions of a subscription period.
3. User Responsibility
The app is NOT responsible for the content generated. Users are completely responsible for the content they create. The app must not be used to create or distribute images that could be offensive, harmful, or propagate harmful stereotypes. Misuse of the app includes but is not limited to:
Generating demeaning, harmful, or discriminatory representations.
Promoting discriminatory or harmful stereotypes.
Impersonating individuals without their consent.
Generating or sharing sexual content without proper consent.
Creating representations of extreme violence or gore.
Sharing copyrighted or licensed material without proper authorization.
Generating or spreading misinformation.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are considered a violation of our terms:
Harmful representations of individuals or groups.
Unauthorized sharing of copyrighted or licensed materials.
Mis- and disinformation regarding real-world events or facts.
